Experienced and dynamic business development professional with a strong business acumen. With his 18 years of management and consulting experience in Haiti and across numerous industries, he has developed proven methods and systems that increase his projects success rates. He has various experi-ences in business development initiatives that could be valuable to any job creation, business evalua-tion and growth expansion program. He, recently, became ISPD Operations and Human Resources Manager in 2020.

From 2018-2020, he has undertaken value chain studies for Caribbean Export and ACDI-VOCA on the agribusiness and essential oils sector.

From 2014-2018, he has worked as the Workforce Development Expert for RTI on the LEVE project a USAID funded project on enterprise competitiveness. He coordinated the effort to organize two skills competitions in Haiti with the collaboration of the local private sector and contributed to impact Hai-ti’s workforce sector. He has helped instigate skills certification programs for the apparel, plumbing and welding industry.

During 2008-2011, he helped set up the Haiti Apparel Center, a training center financed by USAID, im-plemented by CHF aimed at revitalizing the apparel sector in Haiti. This project trained 2000 sewing professionals. He has also helped set up 2 business incubators that have created more than 250 jobs. In addition, he has helped secure funding for over fifteen (15) companies in various industries while work-ing for ADIH and HPCD.
