Founded in March 2020 with the financial support of USAID through the PEPFAR program, Klinik Eritaj, located at 232 Delmas highway, is the first health institution in Haiti offering prevention and health promotion services as well as clinical services primarily for men. The purpose is to stimulate the demand for services among men and promote their exposure to available health services, thus reducing the impact of chronic diseases and STIs on the overall morbidity and mortality of men and therefore of the Haitian family.
The following services are available at Klinik Eritaj:
- Health information, education and communication
- General medical consultation (by a family practitioner)
- Urological consultation
- Screening and treatment of STIs including HIV in men [and their partner (s)]
- Prostate Cancer Screening
- Overall health check [with packages proposed by age group]
- Family planning [counseling, distribution of condoms and lubricants, referral for vasectomy if needed]
- Laboratory with more than 70 tests available
- Pharmacy
An integrated and high-quality patient-centered service, is offered in a welcoming structure and with a flexible schedule.
Monday through Friday : 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday: with an appointment.
