managing large emergency and\/or development programs across a broad range of donors including USAID, UN Agencies and large Private donors.<\/p>\n<p>After graduating from the Haiti State University School of Medicine and Pharmacy, he started as a clinician, before shifting to public health programming most particularly in maternal child health and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Banatte later served as Senior Program Manager and executive, for reputable INGOs providing leadership and Institutional Capacity Strengthening, with a strong emphasis on health systems, both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Banatte also holds an honorary doctorate degree from University of Notre Dame Indiana, for his contribution to the Haiti 2010 Earthquake response.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
