As Junior Faculty in the Infectious Diseases Post-graduate training program from the UNDH\/UMSOM collaboration she trained 2 cohorts of clinicians on HIV clinical management.<\/p><p>As Clinical Advisor at the Institute of Human Virology of the University of Maryland and in the EQUIP Project, she implemented an HIV care and treatment program and provided technical assistance to sites funded by USAID. She also participated in the im-plementation of the PrEP program in Haiti and assisted the National HIV\/AIDS Program in the scale-up of viral load testing nationwide, in revising the National HIV care and treatment guidelines as well as the PrEP guidelines.<\/p><p>Currently as Senior Clinical Advisor at ISPD, she continues to train clinicians at site level and assist the National Program through the clinical technical working group.
