She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Medicine in 2004 and in Master of Public Health in 2015 at Universit\u00e9 Quisqu\u00e9ya. She is also trained in Health Informatics (Universit\u00e9 Aix Marseille), Health Policy and Man-agement (Emory University), Clinical Research (Alabama University, Universit\u00e9 Aix Marseille), Epidemi-ology (Universit\u00e9 Aix Marseille), Population and Development (Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Etat d\u2019Ha\u00efti), Management and Leadership (Washington University), Andragogy (ITECH).<\/p><p>Before ISPD, she led M&amp;E or Research activities in Ha\u00efti for many local and international organizations: MatCH Health Systems, Palladium, University North Carolina, UNDP, Universit\u00e9 Quisqueya, Key Aid Consulting. As EMR Manager for the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH), Dr Emmanuel provided technical and management oversight for the rollout of the national EMR system (iSant\u00e9) in primary care services. Dr Emmanuel served as clinical researcher and clinical coordinator for international HIV vaccine trials (HVTN 050, 502, 504, 802) at GHESKIO Centers.<\/p><p>As a member of the National Technical Working group for Data Quality of the HIV program, she assisted PNLS in updating and improving national data collection tools for the HIV program as well as develop-ing M&amp;E tools for PrEP and HIV Self-Testing implementation.
